If the whole population of a species is integrated, on a species-wide level, yes. For example, if you put all of the Hispanic people with all of the Caucasian people and left them together for a long period of time, then the gene pool would get smaller, and there would be less diversity. This would happen because Hispanics would interbreed with Caucasians so much so, that some of the traits originally present in either of the races would cease to exist.

no, well it depends on how you take the term integration. if you mean taking groups of people and putting them together, no, that is what diversity is. you can't have groups of different types of people and have much diversity, its possible, but it wont be too diverse.
