Recently, I have injured my back somehow...going to the doctors tomorrow. Lower back in a lot of pain when I move, bend, or lift my legs. MY QUESTION IS: Lately, my hands keep going numb whenever I rest, no matter what position I get in. Does anyone Know if the numbness could be linked to whatever is going on in my back?? It's just driving me crazy!

I suggest asking your doctor as well. However, it's possible that you're suffering from a pinched nerve. That can cause msucle spasms and numbness in the back and extremities.
