I would bring Elijah Burke to Raw cuz he is great he is sorta like Kenny Dykstra that wuld be a good rivalry. And i would bring Sabu to Smackdown and become the US champion. ECW needs CM Punk and Lashley so I would keep them there.

CM Punk and Elijah Burke.
Punk would go on SmackDown to make the show more exciting.
Burke on Raw so he could learn more.

Marcus Cor Von - (Hate the name) - Raw

The guys got some talent, and he brings his experience from the football field AND the ring. When he was in TNA, he dominated, somewhat =P

Sabu - Smackdown! - Oh man, if he was a cruiserweight, which maybe he is, I'm not sure...but he delivers night in, night out, a spectacle of moves no one can double.
