id say im am amateur bodybuilder, i love the sport. im all natural. but i find myself getting ill often, plus sometimes my manhood seriously shrinks and other times its massive (i think) could this be related to my diet? if so what should i consume more of? has it got somethings to do with my central nervous system? i need help? some direction. i find my sexual ill goes as a result of intense training, and i find myself getting ill every 7 weeks or so. any advice? is there something to over come this?
