EVERY night he goes through this ritual where he slams his car doors for about a half hour over & over again. Is he crazy or is there some reason someone might do this? he also cuts his grass EVERY day in the summertime.

People with OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Dissorder) have "ritual" that they do. Maybe he's not crazy he's just got an uncontrolable condition.

Wow, I think we live on the same street!!!!! My neighbor has one leg and drives me crazy mowing every freaking day because that's all he can do is just sit on that mower and mow, mow and mow some more!! I think they are crazy and we both need to move to the country. Won't you be my neighbor?

I think its either anger management or obsessive compulsive behaviour. If it's the former then rest at ease, if it's the latter then be assured he can and will come unglued eventually.

He's crazy . What he has is call OCD =obsessive compulsive disorder stay away and don't try to stop him.

Well the first one is probably because his door is broken and that's what he has to do to close it, and the second one is probably because he has a bad lawn and wants to keep the weeds out

Oh, wow! It sounds like he is venting some anger.
Can you imagine what he does when no one is looking? He could be obsessive/compulsive. If he's married, pity his wife and family.
