You should be able to find some down there. You can even by a mini wood of your own down there at that price. Keep you eye on property auctions advertised in your local newspapers. (The net is packed with ppl trying to sell you details or sell you land info)
I'm in Cheshire and land for sale is scarse and mega pricey.
