Any local realtor will have one of these, many realty associations have them for every real estate agent in the association. My last realtor (3 months ago) said more house sales are happening this way than any other. It took 2 weeks to finalize our sale, and the second family who came through had seen our house on the website, even though they lived 3 hours away!
