No, I choose a best answer based on how well it related to my question and whether or not it was helpfull. If it has the most thumbs up it is just a coincidence.

One thing I realized about answers. Most have too much time on their hands and put little to no thought into it and most of us whom ask already know the answer but hoping the thumbs up will say its OK regardless it be right or wrong.
