Right now, a closed down military base. They have not used it since the F117 became operational in 1982 and the Aurora project shut down around 1996-97. (Flying at night did not help, you could hear it for 50 miles and see its jet exhaust flame for 200 miles.)
The current research on the F22 and JSF is being down at Edwards AFB and Wright Patterson AFB since they are not secret programs.

I believe George W. Bush's intelligence may be under heavy guard at this top secret military installation. Hopefully, one day, they can figure out how to reintegrate it into his brain successfully.
