It is soluable. It turns water into tonic water.

Soluability occurs when like meets like. In the case of water, a polar molecule, other polar molecules will dissolve. Polarity is the grouping of electrons around 'poles' of a molecule.

In the case of water, the oxygen attracts the electrons while the hydrogen repells them.
