The great left wing intellectual Noam Chomsky has recieved the scorn of many of his fellow far left leaning liberals- because they are angry Chomsky does not think 9/11 was an inside job. One reason being (pointed out by Chomsky) if such a grandiose scheme were carried out, there would definatly would have to have been leaks- (there never were any leaks), and if the President's goon sqaud was in on this- they ran the risk- if being caught- of destroying any future for the Republican party. I'm with Chomsky. Im a left wing liberal- and proud of it- but thing the 9/11 conspiracy theorists are delusional- particulalry those who buy into the controlled demolition theories.
Any others on the left notice the demand for conformity that 9/11 was an inside job? Of course the right wing also have those who demand total conformity when it comes to views and ideas- at some point the left and right join full circle, as the extremes on both sides seem to have an aversion to independent thought.

It's about time sensible people reclaimed the word liberal from the lunatic left.

As far as the controlled demolition goes, I wonder how do you explain the person in charge of the twin towers saying that he told them to implode the building, in his news interview. And the FEMA agents saying they arrived there the day before the planes struck.

How did FEMA know it was going to happen the day before? Why did he (the guy in charge of the towers, forgot his name) say he told them to pull (implode) the buildings, if he didn't? How come no terrorists are in any airport surveillance? How come some of the people in the pictures of the hi-jackers are alive in the middle east, after flying a plane into the towers? How come building 7 collapsed, when it didn't get hit by a plane or debris? How come the control tower didn't take control of the airplanes by remote, which they had the ability to do since the 80s? Don't be blind or in denial.

I think it seems that way because the far left, just like the far right, are so fanatical in promoting their way of thought. They believe what they believe, and it doesn't matter what is actually going on. People in the middle such as myself, are harmed by political affiliation with these extremists. I think its time for the people closer to the middle to form together and say that they aren't going to bend to such extreme ideas, and come up with policies that are actually going to move the U.S. forward. Partisanship is also another problem with politics, and people need to realize that people on both sides of the fence can have good ideas, and to not discriminate because they are a "lazy democrat" or a "money stealing republican".

I agree with Chomsky. I don't attribute this conspiracy theory to the far left, however. I just attribute it to the incompetent who have a hardcore desire to destroy the Bush image even more than it already is, even if it takes ridiculous lies and theories to do so. This is in the same realm as Bible Code in that anything is distortable. If you want something to look a certain way, you are sometimes desperate enough to take shortcuts and you are definitely influenced by biased ideas.

I am a leftist, and I disagree with the platform of our current administration. However, I don't think that such a large group of people, no matter how crazy they are, are so insane and concrete in their motives and ideas that they would sacrifice so many lives just to transition into war.

Many interior the midsection East. The conspiracy memories there began superb after 9/11. and then human beings like "Neu" who upload 2+2 to get "666" even however there is no actual logical progression. i in my opinion think of that's a results of becoming up on too lots television, on account that's how maximum television plots pass.

I'm undecided but why would MrJebBush in Fla initiate Martial Law on 09/07/01? If a country was just bombed why would the Admin. fly out the close relatives of the accused instead of holding them back? Didn't 9/11 lead to the onset of theNWO GWBSr spoke of in 9/11/90 speech? Date = 23 anilluminati#? Food 4 thought.

i"ve seen controlled demolitions many times. funny how the #7 bldg seemed to follow the same pattern as other controlled demolitions, and this was with no fire or structural damage sustained that was capable of making this happen. I ask you, how is it that a structure suffering only cosmetic damage can fall into the basement of its own structure, without the help of placed explosives. This bldg (#7), was the only surrounding building that suffered no damage similar to the other surrounding world trade center buildings and yet it fell all by itself. you can lead a horse to water but you cant make it drink

There is no evidence that 9/11 is an inside job, and anyone who thinks so in the absence of any evidence is a lunatic.

I would not describe these lunatics as "the far left", or as anything other than what they are.

I don't think it was an inside job. I don't think this administration is competent enough to carry out something like that.

the democrats were just as involved in 9/11 as republicans. it was a CIA/FBI operation, i don't even know if bush knew. although i think he knew something big would happen.
