I'm a huge Raiders fan and I hope and pray that they will draft JaMarcus Russell. His size alone is amazing at 6'5 265, and he has good mobility and a great arm. Brady Quinn is over rated, just take the Sugar Bowl for instance, Russell out played him comparatively. Quinn might be able to read defenses better but he's not as strong or as athletic. JaMarcus for #1!!!

For God sakes, not even the idiotic Al Davis can screw this one up, but just in case he has a senior moment, let me make it clear:
DRAFT JAMARCUS RUSSELL!!
The Aaron Brooks experiment proves that the Raiders aren't great evaluators of talent under center, but this is a no brainer. Russell is better than Quinn. Period. He better fits into what the Raiders what to do on offense. Quinn is very very VERY overrated and I was glad to see him be outplayed and blown out by Russell in the Sugar Bowl. As a Louisiana native, I'd love for Russell to go to a better team than Oakland, but if they draft Quinn, it will be the new millenium's version of another Fighting Irish signal-caller: Rick Mirer.

JaMarcus Russel or Brady Quinn if i were them i would go with quinn, quinn is smarter and he will know what do to in a clutch situation he is also big and has a good arm but the only advantage russel has on quinn is that he has an amazing arm but they are both very big and strong so it will interesting to see who they go after but im almost 100% that it will be a QB

They might Draft either one Quinn has some nfl knowledge with coach charlie wies who was with the patriots a few seasons ago and that could be the advantage over J.Russell but russel just has a better arm thats preety much it any qb can scramble they are going to be rookies duh! what matters is accuracy and big arm intelligence etc. il pick quinn.

i hope Brady doesnt get drafted to them...he says that he wants to be closer to his family...so hopefully he will atleast be in the north (Lions or Browns..)
--but i think they will go to Jamarcus...hes gotten a lot of good reviews...but personally...the only thing he has over Quinn is that hes a little taller and has a good arm yet brady is smart...who knows...i guess we'll have to wait

I think they'll go for Jamarcus Russell. I don't see Brady quinn as a good fit in Oakland.
