The candidate poem, please rate 1 - 10 1 being the worst?

Question

While half the crowd is standing clapping
It wakes the others who are napping
He yells out to the crowded hall
A vote for me and crime will fall

He feels just what we want to hear
He changes tune, and switches gear
He feels the mood and likes the cheer
I heard the same thing, just last year

I’ll tax the rich and feed the poor
Oh come on now, please no more
Oh my god, this guy is sly
You’ll never catch this one with a lie

A woman yells our sons are dying
While she weeps, and while she’s crying
He bows his head, then with a pause
He answers that it’s a just cause

I’m not sure that he likes all this
There’s a chance our vote he’ll surely miss
But in the end, there’s voting day
