your job duties include but are not limited to making sure last wishes are carried out, making sure all bills are paid, collecting all debts owed and making sure property is distributed the way the will is set up. You and the other 2 parties involved have to talk and decide all these chores together. If you can not do this together then you have a problem and only a judge or attorney can do this.

Do you mean you are one of three executors of a will? Shouldn't you be discussing this with the other two? What? There are no barristers in the United Kingdom?
