If I added Benedict's Solution to Glucose, I get Cu^+2 + C6H12O6 = _______ + Cu2O

I can't figure it out... I'm stinko at this stuff. But I did get a 96 in my first physiological chemistry II lecture exam :)

it will oxidize glucose, a simple aldohexose, to its aldonic acid form, in this case gluconic acid, C6H12O7. Its structure is as following.
