If they are swimming around a bit and not just wiggling in one spot it is time to start feeding them. It's really hard to say exactly how much but it will be more than you think because the food spreads out in the water so much. You will need to feed them several times a day and change water to keep the tank clean. Also it will be time to start feeding baby brine shrimp in just a few days.

4 days is usually about right for baby convicts. Its best to be a day early than to have them all die. When their yolk sac expires, its the only time in their life that they'll be suseptable to starving to death in a short time. The bigger they get the more careless you may be, but feeding times must not be neglected in this first week.
