How does one get their song played on radio? I think its good, but I don't know how I can have it heard.

You and millions of others, sweetheart.

You can post an MP3 all over the internet for starters, but be sure to copyright it first. Radio stations will not play it unless there is some groundswell of demand for your music... you also must be a member of ASCAP or BMI before broadcasters will play it.

Most musical acts work for years and never get on the radio... pay your dues, perfect your chops, and maybe someday lightning will strike...

Go to your local radio station and ask the DJ if he would play it. Try a small local, not national station. Maybe could be played for a special reason: birthday, holiday whatever. In memory of someone. Use your resources.
