2r=d

where r is the radius and d is the diameter

so just divide the diameter by 2

.65x10^-12

so the radius would be 6.5x10^-13

Diameter is the line that passes from one side of the circle through the center to the other side of the circle. The radius is half of diameter, ie radius starts at center of circle and reaches on one side of the circle,
r = d/2 (r is radius, d is diameter)
r = (1.3 x 10 ^-12) / 2
= 6.5 x 10^-13

It's half of that, 6.5 x 10^(-13) m, or 6.5 x 10^(-11) cm.

This is too large to be the size of an atomic nucleus but much smaller than the innermost electronic orbit's "radius" in a hydrogen atom. In fact, it's about the size of the innermost electron's orbit in a certain heavy element. Are you asking this question from Iran ?!

1/2(1.3 x 10 ^-12) meters = 0.65 X 10^-12 meters
= 6.5 X 10^-13 meters

(1.3 * 10^(-12))/2
(1.3/2) * 10^(-12)
.65 * 10^(-12)
(6.5 * 10^-1) * 10^(-12)
6.5 * 10^(-1 + (-12))
6.5 * 10^(-13)
