I have Windows XP and Internet Explorer 7, and I need to enable
cookies to make a page display on PayPal, but I cannot find Cookies. And yes, I went to IE, clicked on Tools, but I still could not find it listed anywhere.

IE Tools, they MUST be there.

U have to go to the Advance button in the same place U indicated and then scroll down to the cookies and then select the cookies accept button. Then say apply. But remember it will save " all " cookies, not just the one that U want.
