Tell my family that I love them and that I died perfectly content with my life, that it was my time to go, and for them never to worry about me.
Of the first five though...
Definitely not #2, I'm not a picky eater and most food is perfectly yummy for me.
I don't know about sex... I'm not married or whatever, so it doesn't seem like it would be something deeply meaningful/spiritual that I'd want to do before I died.
I'd definitely love to go somewhere breathtaking. The moon is a good option, although there are plenty of other magnificent places.
Helping people always makes me feel good inside, so that's definitely a possibility. It depends on how badly the person needed it. If it was something deeply meaningful that would change their life forever, I would choose it. If it was like, paying for their pizza... I'd rather go to the moon. :P

Wow thats hard... either sex or food... It would really suck if the sex wasnt any good and you missed out on the food... but I'd still have to say the sex ;)
