Workforce diversity is about having a multitude of different people of all backgrounds, socioeconomic status, beliefs, races, ages, etc. But instead of going towards a melting pot, you learn to respect and channel those various viewpoints in the workplace.

Great minds may think alike but diversity allows a company to explore an issue from all different sides of an issue. So, a diverse workforce can be a wonderful thing.

Workforce Diversity is having people from many different places working together. When I say from different places, I also include people with different cultures, backgrounds, race, creed, etc.
