walking walking walking, long walk will help the gravity push the baby down.

A good home remedy ole time folk used was cinnamon tea seeping hot to broil and a bottle of Castor oil, but get ready after you drink this baby comes in a flash.
you also have to heat the Castor oil and drink it it has no taste at all.
A doctor asked me to come work with him, cause I gave it to my cousin and she delivered in 2 hours he said its the fastest he has ever seen
he needs all his deliveries to be that quick.

Don't mess with pushing the baby...you really need to keep that baby in there as long as you can...for the BABIES health. Babies are automatically kept in the hospital when they are born before 38 weeks. They can also have more lung problems if they are born too soon. Don't mess with having a baby sooner than you need.

You could go 3 weeks dilated at 3cm. You could give birth tomorrow. No matter what kind of stage you are at, you will never know until it happens. I think this is the 2nd most common question among mothers to be. (The first question is: "Am I pregnant?")

Pushing on the baby isnt going to help nor will it hurt the baby. But having sex may help in inducing labor, my Dr said that semen has a natural hormone in it that helps induce labor.

Just let nature take it's course. When baby is ready, it will let you know. Until then, don't go and listen to people that tell you stupid stuff like triggering your labor. Who in heck told you that one?
