can the system 2x +3y =9 and 6x-9y=0 be solved more easily by using the substitution method or the addition method???

I think that the addition method works a little better in this case--but not by much.

2x +3y =9
6x - 9y=0
In that case, it's better the addition method.

(9/4, 3/2)
It makes no difference which method that you use. If you never solve the problem, neither of them is faster than the other.
