1 or 2 meals a day, and usually a small snack in the afternoon.
I hardly ever eat breakfast, just a big cup of Earl Grey.

While I'm working, 3 meals with no snacks. On the weekends, usually 1 meal while snacking throughout the day. Speaking of, there's a box of cheddar-jack Cheez-its calling my name from across the room.

I eat 4, on occasion 5, yet they're very small. It keeps me satisfied and this is greater valuable on your digestive device to eat 4-6 small foodstuff in the process the day than to eat 3 enormous foodstuff an afternoon. maximum diets those days recommend it for weightloss.

I try to keep my eating habits on a routine, so I stick to the traditional 3 meals a day. That, and choosing healthy snacks, helps to avoid weight gain.
