If our President does something or nothing about Iran, it make no difference in the 2008 election. A Republican is not going to take the White House! If he has any idea of doing what FDR did during the 2nd WW, he can think again, he is out the door come January, 2009!

If Bush starts a war with Iran, nearly every Republic will be voted out of office in 2008.

Bush is not going to take Iraq. Why start another war right before you get out of office? There are way too many democrats in office right now. I do feel that a democrat will win the next election. I don't feel it should be Hilary.

If Bush decides to invade Iran it will not make things any better in Iraq and may actually make things much worse in Iraq. So no I don't think it will be the miracle ticket for republicans. It could in fact be the doomsday ticket for them.

If America attacks Iran, there won't be an election in 08, because Iran will nuke America back to the stone age, quite rightly.

Something of an improvement.

Fortunately, Americans aren't buying anymore "golden tickets." The chocolate factory has been closed, permanently. There is no way Americans are going to believe anything George W. Bush, or any other Republican politician, says regarding what other nations may or may not have. Our plates-full of WMD's have grown cold and our frustration with Iraq is at its apex.

If we attack Iran, then not only will we have two very difficult battles on our hands, but we will also be spread way too thin. People don't like the battle that is going on, and unless we have irrefutable evidence that it is absolutely necessary to go to war in Iran, the people will speak out against it.

I think the republicans want to find a way to involve Iran and then come to terms with them near the end of this Presidency and pick up votes.
I hope nobody falls for it. But the knuckle dragging Republicans will support a new Hitler if they coud.

Nothing Bush does will influence the outcome of '08.
He has completely destroyed the Republican Party's credibility.
Only Guiliani has some credibility, and he keeps Bush at a decent arms length, and anyway, if one looks at his record, he is really a DEMOCRAT at heart.
Thanks, George!
Go Hillary!
