How do I access and open existing website.?

Started website and built first page. However, do not know how to open to build more pages

You need to provide a bit more information. If this is your first page, then it's the index.html page. How are you accessing it? On your pc or online? Are you using one of those godawful sitebuilders on a freebie site? If so, then it should provide you with simple instructions on accessing your existing website, or at the very least provide you with a Help area.
