I do not want to put on bad pictures of virtually nothing and then have points taken off. My project is on plants.

Well, obviously photos of plants of different sizes, shapes, and colors. Maybe, a pic of a microscope and beside that one a picture of the cellular structures of plants. A pic of a watering can, and the sun would be cool, too. And, maybe a visual aid regarding photosynthesis....like a diagram of the process, or something. Show photos of plants for decoration and plants that produce food....and the many uses we have for plants.

Usually you want to put up pictures of your experiment. If you're doing an experiment with stages it would be good to get a picture or two of each stage. Pictures of you working are good too. If your project involves a of lot computer work, then I wouldn't bother with pictures. Many people in science fair don't even bother with pictures. I would at least get some pics of your plant though for visuals.Just make sure the pics are printed on gloss paper or another high quality paper so they look good.

There are plenty of good plant images out there--go to www.yahoo.com and type in the plant name and click on Images--you'll find a lot there. Pick images that go along with your premise. For example, if your premise is that the size of plants varies with climate, find photos of desert plants, rainforest plants, etc, to illustrate your point.
If you have done an experiment with plants, use photos of before/after shots along with your data.

Be more specific. What about plants are you doing your project on? Just put up some pics of those. Good luck!
