hide under your bead covers like i do and pretend like your sleeping and don't move!!! then clutch the knife under your pillow and sleep with it in your hands but make sure you don't cut yourself.

perhaps it means there's a lot of static electricity in the air around your computer..and it migrates to your hair area..the hair on your head is too heavy or absent..so it affects the hair on your neck..Maybe?
