What type of brush is on the end of your mascara? Is it a fluffy one or a spiral one? Try using a fluffier brush if that is the case. Make sure there is no excess oils on your lashes before applying. They need to be clean and dry. There are also eye brow brushes that you can buy that have a fine tooth comb on one side that might make separating a little easier and a lot less dangerous. Good Luck!

My favorite mascara is Fantastic Lash mascara (it has a green cap and pink bottle thingy), and it has some piece of plastic at the type so that when you pull the wand out, it comes out clean so you wont get clumps. And try getting an eyelash/eyebrow brush, and piece out your eyelashes before putting your mascara on and curling your lashs!

The mascara I swear via (no clumps, no no longer something! no lie!) is from Sephora... city Decay great Fatty Mascara. It would not even appear like your wearing mascara, basically seems such as you have the longest lashes in the international. the only con is that as quickly as you cry, it shows! :-( because of the fact it incredibly is no longer water-evidence. yet, basically stay chuffed and not something will circulate incorrect!

get an eye lash comb from tweezerman!
Try Bare Escentuals Big Tease Mascara, or a Mascara that has a brush on one side and a lash comb on the other.
Don't poke your eye out!
I like to use an old mascara brush, that i have cleanned to go over my lashes if they clump.
I am assuming you are applying your mascara to clean lashes and removing each night.
Waterproof mascara clumps worse than WATER BASED.
it's the first ingredient.
If your Mascara is older than 6 months old,
Toss it out!!
It gets icky and old, and bacteria grows in it.
Try Bare Escentuals Big Tease Mascara

or get it on ebay

Try a different kind of mascara. Lancome makes one that has a great brush for separating. For something less expensive, try Loreal.
