I want to take up keyboard and guitar lessons at the summer but my mum disagrees. What should I do to let me practise them? I'm mad about these instuments... Please answer!!!

first take classical piano and guitar, i know it will suck, but then start rocking out once she sees how good you are she wont care

If possible take lessons in all three. If you can't take all three, i would say keyboard or piano have top priority, then vocals, and then guitar.

Explain to her that you could be out in the streets snorting cocaine and having unprotected sex with any fit bloke who happens along, but you'd rather try to pursue something that really interests you at this point in time ...

ask her reason
if the reason was the noise, try to find a place where u can learn outside the house
if it was money, u have to wait until more money is available
