Why is it that when you do your best for others ,they give others?

the credit for what you have done ,and what you have earned and treat you badly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the mean time really badly screw themselves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been there.all of my ideas were discarded at work, I resigned and my ex-boss used my ideas and got the credit.She will have to answer to God one of these days.
