the poster above is right about the walking and sex (semen softens the cervix) a foot and ankle massage can trigger certain pressure points which can bring on labor (this worked for me with my first) , nipple stimulation can also help. these things may help but for the most part your baby will come when good and ready, once your contractions meet the "411 rule" (contractions 4 minutes apart, lasting for a minute each, continuing for 1 hour) then you will know it's time to go.
Congratulations and good luck

Do not do anything that would hurt the baby or put you at risk. No washing bathroom walls, no bumpy car rides, please do not do anything that you would regret. I don't know you but i know what it like to be at the last days of pregnancy, so does alot of people out there, but please be careful. Just take it easy, and try to walk alot if you can. Walking does it. Just be patient for a little while longer ok. Just keep on doing the things that you were doing to bring you so far in your pregnancy, both you and baby will be ok.
