Im looking for an program that converts photos into cartoons/sketch drawings. does anyone know of a program like that ..or a site or something that does that, I greatly appreciate any and all responses, Thanks!

okay I have photoshop, but Im not to familiar on how to use it ...is their and section on there that will do it automatically or do I have to add the colors myself?

You can do that on illustrator. but you will have to draw it (trace your image) yourself...
but since you already got photoshop, try this. Open your image then go to the menu image>adjustments>posterise .. Am not sure its what your looking for.... You can try to play around with the other filters... you might get what you want..
