AirKenya has regualry scheduled twice dauly flights from Mombasa to Lamu. RT airfare is $165.

By air, Kenya Airways, by bus and boat, or by boat.

There is a daily flight fom Mombasa and I believe it around $150 USD.

There are also plenty of chartere flights.
