Does anyone know of any programs where you can make music?

With guitars and drums and bass guitars and stuff, to make it sound like a band and stuff? and have it be free.

yes go to Fruity loops studio 6, it is the latest with all you need. Good Luck

well, all macs come with garageband, which is awesome. i think the only free sound-synthesizing software you'll find on the internet is going to be pirated.
