It gives Federal,state and local law enforcement officers the authority to bypass the Bill Of Rights. Warrentless wire-tapes,unlawful search and seizure of private property. Federal ID cards with all of your personal information on them is on the way. Not good for personal freedoms.

Violates the constitution... Takes away miranda rights... like you know the right to remain silence, and the right to an attorney. allows wrongful imprisonment. allows your phones to be tapped and you library records to be looked into, your internet ip to be traced! it just makes big brother be able to legally do what it was probably already doing!
