At first we just bought another cage to put the babies in, but the mother just had a second litter. We really can't keep them, so what should I do with them? Where do I take them?

You should take them to an animal clinic. call ahead and explain the situation- they should take them and find homes. OR take them to a pet store. I'm sure they'd be more than happy to take them. but PLEASE do not take them to petsmart. Petsmart does not take care of their animals- especially their hamsters.
Best of luck! What kind of hammies are they?
If you do keep them make sure to seperate the mom if she starts to get mean with the babies, sometimes she'll eat them.
Also feed the mother some meat, veggies and fruit since after labor she needs the extra protein and food so she wont go after the babies.
I hope this helps and best of luck!
feel free to email me if you have any concerns. I'll do my best to help.

You can take them to a local animal shelter. Be very careful with hamsters. I used to raise them. You can not keep a male and a female in the same cage unless you want babies all the time.

like others have said... a pet store will buy them.... some shelters will take hamsters also. Keep in mind though that people who buy from pet stores often get them on a whim, and won't provide responsible homes. It would probably be best to put out an ad or give them to people you know. Also, PLEASE separate the male and female so the mom won't have more litters.

the pet store might take some of them off you . and give you some money for them after all they will sell them to someone else, and with the money you get for them you can , buy the food for the others, My son has hamster´s 3 cute little thing´s they are. same thing happened to us he was given them as a present , they said they are 2 males. Sure I said ,the mother gave birth to 12 all at once , we gave them to the pet store and they gave my son 2.50 euros each. If you cant get all of them to the pet store put a notice in the local Library, saying hamsters for sale , or even if you have to give them for free . try and make sure the person you give them to is going to treat them well

Take them to a pet store or give them out to a friend. School would also accept animals for display for their children(I suggest middle schools/high schools for the saftey of your pets) And if you didn't know already, all of them should be away from their mother by the time they start regularly eating hamster food and drinking water(and can see) because the mother could get sick of her babies and kill them(sorry to use such a harsh way of saying it) But if you really cared about them, a shelter would be a last resort. Please take my advice. I hope this helped :]

Take them to a Mom and Pop pet store not a corporate pet store like Petco or PetsMart.

I know for a fact that Petsmart won't take them, I used to work there. Mostly because they can't guarantee the health for your hamster.

To an animal shelter. You can find one on Petfinder.

And if your hamster is having pups that you don't want, you need to separate the males and females, or get them fixed. It's irresponsible to breed animals you won't/can't care for.
