I've seen almost every episode of The Office, but I don't know which episode it is that he left. I missed that episode. Could you give me the episode number (e.g. s03e02) .

I don't think he did leave. They never showed it anyway. Maybe he was fired for punching a hole in the wall.

It's called The Return... the one where Oscar returns from his "Gay-cation" and Dwight comes back from Staples. There's a speical producer's cut online at NBC.com (You can probably still find it on there) that shows as a closer to the episode a very happy go-lucky Andy driving and talking to the camera about how he's being sent to "Management Training..... Ok Anger Management Training" ahaha! Love it.
The Office is on mini-break for like the next 6 weeks so everyone should return in full force sometime in April.

In the episode after he punched a hole in the wall, he was sent to anger management. It was a deleated scene. I think that was a dumb choice becasue many people are wondering the same thing. In the newist episode Karen did mention all of the people from her branch are gone and 1 is in anger management. I am sorry I do not know the episode #'s!
