yes, but it'll slow down the internet experience a bit.
in IE, goto tools > internet options. Under the 'general' tab goto 'settings' in the middle. Lower the amount of disk space to 0MB.

Your computer needs those files to do it's job. You can however erase them at the end of each ''session''. At the top of Internet Explorer, click on Tools>Internet options>Delete...>then delete anything or every thing.
You can also go here and download this tiny, and free program that will delete for you.

I think you can't. if you stop your temporary internet file web will take long time to loading. but you can delete manually
In the internet browser go Tools -- Delete Browsing History --Delete temporary internet file... or
Run -- (type) %temp% -Clear all file (Alt +A and **** +delete)

yes i think u can at least reduce that to a minimum...right click on your internet browser>>>internet properties>>general>>>temporary internet files settings>>>and move the slider from the "ammount disk space.." to the left

click the internet button, once it loads click on tools and internet options. Then click settings under browsing history (if you have the new internet version) and click never.
