No not at the moment but there was a survey given to a select few of Xbox-live members asking them what they thought about have a web browser amongst other things. So you never know they might just make that update in the future.

no, you cannot go online on the 360 as you would on a computer...even though the system is connected to a modem (if you play xbox live)..microsoft hasnt made it possible to surf the net yet. I dont think that there are any future plans for doing that also.
