I wouldn't' see a problem in letting her stay up and watch it. As long as it's not the type of movie that going to make her have bad dreams or anything. She seems like I well minded kid, so I would say yes. she sounds like she deserves it.

One late night every once and a while is not going to hurt anyone. Just make sure she knows it is a treat and that it isn't going to happen all the time. If she is as good as you say, she will accept it. Sometimes it's nice to slob around on the lounge late at night with the kids half sleepy.

No. Tell her that she can read a book instead.
Movies are exciting. They aren't meant to lull you to sleep.
Also, she could develop a habit of wanting a movie if she's quiet at bedtime.

Ummmmm if you need to get parenting advice from Yahoo Answers, maybe you should forgo the movie for a book on parenting. I recommend anything by Dr. Spock.

Sure let her watch a movie as a reward for following rules

It all depends on how young. She needs her sleep. Something fun like finding nemo or like that. If she gets to tired you can watch the rest another nigh. Have fun and be good to her.
