Hello there,
I have answers for ur question.
Truth is that which conforms to reality, fact, or actuality. In order for truth to be defined properly, it would have to be a factually and logically correct statement. In other words, it would have to be true. But, perhaps we could look further look at truth by determining what it is not. Truth is not error. Truth is not self-contradictory. Truth is not deception. Of course, it could be true that someone is being deceptive, but the deception itself isn't truth

Besides truth, there is also what it is called half truth.
Beware of those who use the truth to deceive. When someone tells you something that is true, but leaves out important information that should be included, he can create a false impression.
For example, someone might say, “I just won a hundred dollars on the lottery. It was great. I took that dollar ticket back to the store and turned it in for one hundred dollars!”
This guy’s a winner, right? Maybe, maybe not. We then discover that he bought two hundred tickets, and only one was a winner. He’s really a big loser!

bye ,take care

Truth is nothing more than an opinion by one person they believe is right.

Fact is, you can have a few people witness something and all come up with different stories or facts.

Just because a group of people believe something to be TRUE....doesn't make it RIGHT....just their VERSION of truth.

So what is truth? Ask yourself....your answer might shock you

Truth is consciousness.

No reasonable person would deny that in order to establish truth, one must be conscious, therefore, consciousness is truth.

If you were conscious of all things, you would know the truth of all things. There would be nothing that you did not know.

truth is a belief in relation to time.

all these things are always related to time, time decides what is truth and false and what is right and wrong.

what u thought was a truth yesterday can turn out to be a lie tomorow, so its just what you believe at a particular time.

only mathematics is true truth. in the sense that it has nothing to do with time, everything else changes with time.

Truth, by dicionary definition: 1.the true or actual state of a matter: He tried to find out the truth.
2.conformity with fact or reality; verity: the truth of a statement.
3.a verified or indisputable fact, proposition, principle, or the like: mathematical truths.
4.the state or character of being true.
5.actuality or actual existence.
6.an obvious or accepted fact; truism; platitude.
7.honesty; integrity; truthfulness.
8.(often initial capital letter) ideal or fundamental reality apart from and transcending perceived experience: the basic truths of life.
9.agreement with a standard or original.
10.accuracy, as of position or adjustment.
11.Archaic. fidelity or constancy.

My own ideas of the attributes of truth: honesty, facts, reality, accuracy

However, let me ask you this: If one has brought up to believe something is true and sees it as truth, but which isn't actually true, and then tells others, is it a lie?
