I need different foods or products with elements from the periodic table in them. Any will be very helpful. The person who gives me the most will get best answer. Remember these must be common household items!

Hydrogen - water
Helium - birthday balloon
Lithium - medication for bipolar psychological problems
Carbon - any organic foodstuff
Sulfur - any item with a sulfite in it (like white wine)
Silver - jewellry
Gold - jewellry
Mercury - thermometer
Sodium - table salt
Chlorine - bleach
Magnesium - vitamins (you'll find a lot of other minerals in vitamins as well)
Potassium - banana
Calcium - egg shells
Chromium - egg yolks
Manganese - broccoli
Iron - lots of foods, cast iron frying pan
Nickel - jewellry
Copper - copper pots, wiring in most small appliances
Zinc - sunscreen
Nitrogen - air
Oxygen - air
Neon - flourescent lighting
Argon - coolant in fridges
Selenium - dandruff shampoo
Arsenic - hopefully nowhere
Tungsten - light bulb
Lead - pencils (just kidding), paint in old buildings
Rhodium - jewellry

Sorry, can't think of any others right now. A lot of the elements are either radioactive or toxic, so not all are found in the home.

Fruits are identified as ripened flower ovaries which produce seeds.

Just use google and go through the elements.

Hydrogen is in almost all of your food as there are going to be organic chemicals and C-H bonds all over the place

Helium is used in sausages! OMG - I thought you'd never get helium in food!

Lithium is in grains and vegetables
Beryllium is toxic but seems to be in lots of things as a trace element below toxic levels
Boron in fruits and vegetables (esp dates and prunes)
