Why does Natalie's daughter (i'm bad with names) say "Welcome to 1998" when she teaches Mr Monk how to use the computer? The show hasn't even been around that long, and... it's supposed to be a new episode. Is she saying that he really missed the last 9 years? Cuz she didn't say it like that. She sounded serious.

because when she said welcome to 1998, that was when that internet thingy came out & simce he never used it before it was like it was this new thing that just came out (in 1998)
