Use the chain rule

y=f(g(x)

y'=f'(g(x))*g'(x)

f'(x)=1/(cot(e^x)*(-csc(e^x))^2*e^x
=-2*e^x*tan(e^x)*(csc(e^x))^2
=-e^x*sec(e^x)*csc(e^x) (D)
