I mean should we all register and have ourselves copy written. I am trying to understand this due to the fact that someone started telling me about it but never finished, or told me from where they were getting all of their information so that I could do my own research, all that was said was that this is something that nobody really knows about except a select few. That if you have the right code then you would be excused from all debtsand all legal actions taken against you. Is any of this even remotely true? Please answer and give source of info. So that I can read up on it. Thank You so much.

I think that you have some incorrect information.

The Uniform Commercial Code are laws enacted to standardize business transactions and the laws in each state concerning them. (All states have enacted the UCC with the exception of Louisiana.) They deal with sales, leases of personal property, secured transactions, commercial paper, etc.

They impact you personally because they outline your legal rights and responsibilities vis-a-vis commercial actions, but they do not serve to insulate you from liability.

Here is a brief overview of the UCC:

I think that your friend was also misunderstood the idea of copyrights. Copyrights only have a tangential connection to the UCC.

You can't have yourself "copy written." Copyrights function to create a protectable right in your "mental efforts," for lack of a better term. You have copyrights things like in the songs you write or sing, books you write, and pictures you paint. (this is far from an exhaustive list.) These rights are created when you put your ideas down (write them down, type them, record them) However, to have your copyrights enforced you must register them with the government.

UCC, or Uniform Commercial Code, are codes involving the sale of things, especially commercial goods.

Thus, I am at a loss of what your friend was alluding to...check out the sites below.

the U..C, code comes from the old magna Carta law that England and the U,S, laws are based on , the common law which is the only constitutional law for our country, but.our gov, who wants to enslave us has given over to what is known as maritime law, meaning the law of the high seas, have you noticed the flags in our federal court rooms are now bordered with a gold strip that means this court is under Maritime law, this is fairly new as our older courts did not have the gold border on them, so therefore we are no longer under constitutional law, many people have complained and refused to be tried under this law, they are always found guilty, and that is why our country has a 98.8 %conviction ratio, when we were under constitutional law and had fair a fair court system our conviction ratio was feds had 64% and the states hd a 46 %conviction ratio, now only the very rich can get a fair trial in this country, like O,J, just another step toward a one world gov,
