Umm excuse me but RAPE is RAPE it is sexual contact that is unwanted weather it be with a condom or not when a PERSON says no it means no. And i say person because even guys get raped. But umm no Rape is inexcusable for any reason!

nope. rape is rape. and actually having a condom makes it worse because it proves premeditation.
