you have to go threw a lawyer then court im in tn so i know some call a lawyer to make sure i've not heard of do it yourself here in tn

All I know about divorce in Tennessee is that in most cases when the divorce is final, you are still legally considered brother & sister.

you can but it costs money to get the legal forms and to get them filed...even if it amicably decided and no children are involved. If there are children, get a good lawyer.
