Yes i do,but not most of the time.
Mostly when i'm alone i imagine that 1 of my best friend is beside me and i talk with him or her.

Eveyone does, sometimes verbally and sometimes within ourselves..Have you even seen somebody practicing infront of mirror?At that time most of us talk to ourself.
