I can't remember the name of this movie, but a undercover guy working for the cops goes into a big garage/warehouse for a drug bust, or something like that. Sorry for the lack of description, that is all I can remember.

The main character wasn't the one getting busted (like in blue streak), also I think the bad guys got away on motorcycles (maybe)
